The 4Mores is an EOS Implementer firm based in Wilmette, Illinois. An EOS Implementer runs a leadership team through the Entrepreneurial Operating System — the tools behind Traction — facilitating full-day sessions that set vision, pick the right people, and build accountability. Dan Zawacki and Chris Beer work on-site across Chicago and the North Shore.
What the work looks like
A year with an implementer, session by session.
Chicago EOS work is not a slide deck. It is a handful of full days in a room with your leadership team, spaced across the year, each one with a job to do.
Focus Day
One day. We get the leadership team clear on who owns what, pick a small set of numbers you will actually watch every week, and start the weekly meeting rhythm. Most teams leave with less on the founder’s plate before lunch is cold.
Vision Building — Day One
We put the long view on paper: core values, core focus, the ten-year target. This is where a leadership team stops guessing what the founder means and starts saying it out loud in the same words.
Vision Building — Day Two
Three-year picture, one-year plan, and the quarterly priorities that get you there. By the end you have a written plan the whole team can repeat without looking at it.
Quarterlies
Every ninety days we come back, look honestly at what got done and what did not, clear the issues that have been quietly rotting, and set the next quarter’s priorities.
Annuals
Two days once a year to reset the plan, work on the team itself, and decide what the next twelve months are really for.

Founder-led companies that outgrew the way they were built.
Most of the teams we work with run somewhere between ten and two hundred fifty people. There is a founder still deeply in it, a leadership team that is good but not fully aligned, and a set of systems that worked beautifully at half the size.

Where we work
Close enough to be in the room.
We are based in Wilmette, which means an EOS coach in Chicago is a short drive, not a flight and a hotel. We run sessions on the North Shore in Evanston, Winnetka, Glenview, Northbrook, Skokie, Deerfield, and Highland Park, and downtown with teams in the Loop, River North, Fulton Market, and the West Loop.
We also work with companies out through Chicagoland — the northwest suburbs, the western suburbs, and southeast Wisconsin — and remotely when a leadership team is spread out.
