Dan Zawacki
Dan is an Expert EOS Implementer who spent 35 years as an entrepreneur before he ever facilitated a session. He built Lobster Gram from a $1,000 idea in his two-car garage into a $15 million company, and ran it for 30 years before selling it. Along the way he had a website in 1996 and became one of the very first advertisers on Google AdWords — which tells you something about how early he tends to see things.
That's 30 years of the good, the bad, and the ugly of actually owning and operating a business. He's been the founder in the everything-runs-through-me years and came out the other side, which is exactly why he's so useful in the room. Dan pushes teams hard and asks the uncomfortable questions, but with one non-negotiable: if you can't be self-aware and a little self-deprecating while doing the work, it won't stick.
The 4Mores — more structure, more alignment, more profit, more fun — is Dan's concept, developed out of his own three decades as a founder and his years coaching entrepreneurial leadership teams. It's what the firm is named for and what every session is built around.
His mission now is to be a resource for entrepreneurial companies — teaching, facilitating, and coaching leadership teams to get what they actually want from their businesses. He lives his version of the 4Mores life in Wilmette, Illinois.

Chris Beer
Chris is an operator who became an EOS Implementer. For nearly a decade she sat inside a dozen companies running EOS as their in-house interim Integrator and COO — executing upon the business plan, making difficult people changes, keeping human energy aligned. She watched the system take hold in some companies and stall in others, across $10M–$200M businesses with 50 to 100+ people, staying 9 to 18 months at a time.
That seat taught her the unglamorous truths of running a company: most "issues" are people problems wearing a costume, and once you commit to wanting something different for your business, the small details decide whether EOS sticks or fades. She knows the difference between having a plan and making a plan reality, and she’s fluent in every amazing, yucky, awkward emotion that shows up in between. She’ll say so out loud, which somehow makes it easier.
Chris co-founded The 4Mores with Dan Zawacki, pairing his founder’s-eye view with her operator’s one — the two seats most leadership teams need translated for each other.
Chris also serves as a Strategic Advisor to Success.co, an EOS platform built to help teams make daily Traction a reality. She’s based in Wilmette, Illinois with her husband Matt and their two teenagers, Will and Kate, who keep them appropriately humble.
