Sessions
Your leadership team, actually leading.
Facilitation, coaching, and teaching of the EOS toolset — in the room with your leadership team, in Chicago and Chicagoland.
You've probably heard of EOS®. Maybe you've read the book, listened to the podcasts, heard it in your peer group. Here's what the podcasts don't tell you: the tools are simple. Getting a real team of real humans to run them, week after week, through the awkward and uncomfortable parts — that's the work.
That's the room we're good in.
In sessions, we work directly with your leadership team: setting the vision everyone can actually repeat, getting the right people in the right seats, building the meeting rhythm that surfaces problems instead of burying them, and creating the discipline to solve issues instead of admiring them.
What changes:
Not everything. Let's be honest — as you grow, some problems get bigger. New ceilings, new evolutions. What changes is that it's no longer all on you. Your team knows what good looks like, knows what you expect, and — this is the part founders tell us feels like magic — can articulate what they need from you. Partners in the work, instead of you holding it all up alone.
How the work actually runs.
EOS has a proven process, and we run it. What we add is the 4Mores — structure, alignment, profit, and fun — injected into every session so the work sticks instead of sitting in a binder.
The rhythm.
We meet with your leadership team quarterly for a full-day strategic planning session. Between quarters, your team runs its own weekly Level 10 Meetings™ — we're not in those, and that's the point.
A session day.
A full day in the room together, off-site or in our Wilmette session room. We review the quarter honestly, resolve the issues that have been sitting there, and set the next 90 days of priorities everyone can name. Hard conversations happen. So does laughing.
The arc.
Most teams work with us over a couple of years. The first year is heaviest — building the vision, the structure, and the habits. After that the sessions get sharper and shorter on setup, because your team already knows how to run them.
The finish line.
The goal is that you don't need us. When your team is running the tools without help, we say so and step back.
Dan along with my team have painted a great 10-yr, 3-yr and 1-yr picture for our organization that we're going to achieve. Dan has also taught us how to solve our problems and issues in a rapid way.
Kasia Subieta
President/Founder, Spot Migration
As our Integrator, Chris brought clarity, discipline, and a people-first mindset that elevated our team. She guided us in building the right structure and getting the right people in the right seats. I'm excited she's bringing that experience to teams as an EOS Implementer.
Ron Rojas
Visionary, Continental Sales
Chris has an incredible ability of simplifying the complex which allows leadership teams to truly gain traction and momentum. She not only understands the EOS tools, she lives and breathes them...and that allows her to be so incredibly effective!
Travis Townsend
President, Northstar Refrigeration
Feeling very confident about running our organization on EOS and have seen a tremendous change in 1 short year. I recommend Dan and EOS to any entrepreneur.

Inside the room

Who this works for (and who it doesn't).
It works for founders who've made the leap from awareness to ownership. Not 'my team is the problem' — but 'I'm part of this problem, and I'm ready to work on it.' That readiness is the single biggest predictor of success we've seen.
If you're not there yet, no judgment — but this probably isn't your moment, and we'll tell you that on the call rather than take your money.
And if we're not your fit — wrong geography, wrong chemistry, wrong moment — we'll connect you personally with an Implementer from our network who is.
We don't say that lightly. This work asks you to be honest about things you've been carrying alone, sometimes in front of your own team. That only works if you trust the person in the room. Chemistry isn't a nice-to-have here — it's the whole foundation. Finding the right coach matters more than finding a convenient one.
Twenty minutes. We listen for the gap between where you are and where you want to be. You leave with honest next steps — ours or someone else’s.
