Dan Zawacki

Dan is an Expert EOS Implementer who spent 35 years as an entrepreneur before he ever facilitated a session. He built Lobster Gram from a $1,000 idea in his two-car garage into a $15 million company, and ran it for 30 years before selling it. Along the way he had a website in 1996 and became one of the very first advertisers on Google AdWords — which tells you something about how early he tends to see things.

That's 30 years of the good, the bad, and the ugly of actually owning and operating a business. He's been the founder in the everything-runs-through-me years and came out the other side, which is exactly why he's so useful in the room. Dan pushes teams hard and asks the uncomfortable questions, but with one non-negotiable: if you can't be self-aware and a little self-deprecating while doing the work, it won't stick.

The 4Mores — more structure, more alignment, more profit, more fun — is Dan's concept, developed out of his own three decades as a founder and his years coaching entrepreneurial leadership teams. It's what the firm is named for and what every session is built around.

His mission now is to be a resource for entrepreneurial companies — teaching, facilitating, and coaching leadership teams to get what they actually want from their businesses. He lives his version of the 4Mores life in Wilmette, Illinois.
